What is your suggestion?: provide an NPC such as oziach that will turn your visage into a DFS for a fee

Is this in OSRS?: yes

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: not that i've seen

How would this benefit Alora?: players who do not have 90 smithing can get a DFS without trading

Support this, should already be in the game tbh. This would be superb for hcims and eims.

I wouldn't mind seeing it added would be useful for harder game modes and at the same time a small money sink.
