Lock only one combat skill

Many a times you need to have a set hitpoint level but a high combat skill, locking all cb levels does not allow this and you have to spend 1.5m on resetting your hitpoints stat back to 10 then levelling up to 99. If you have no 99s, getting the optimum hitpoint and combat skill level is hard. Im going through the same problem rn.

I like this idea, anything promoting the wilderness would be good, especially since it isn't the most popular thing on alora.

However, I would recommend making this Donator +.

Regular players can already lock all combat skills, so this should be more like a privilege.
