Fishing/Cooking Guide

Note: Fishing and cooking is a great skill to learn for normal and ironman accounts, mostly all combat related activities will require you to use food.

To start fishing you want to teleport to the Fishing Guild

Teleport Wizard > Skilling > Fishing Guild

Here you will find shops and most fishing spots and for cooking you can find a range on both the North and South side of the Fishing Guild

Starting at level 1 you can only fish Shrimp and Anchovies with a small fishing net.

After the first inventory you will have high enough level to fish Trout and Salmon with a Fly fishing rod and Feathers.

Fish trout and salmon til 40 Fishing then go pick up a Lobster Pot

Fish Lobsters til 62 fishing, then go pick up a Small Fishing net for Monkfish

Fish Monkfish til aprox 85 fishing when you reach 80 cooking

Last of all fish Shark's from 85-99 Fishing and Cooking

Note: At 92 cooking you will stop burning sharks.

Nice guide. Adding pictures of the spots where you can fish  certain fish (shrimp spots, shark spots, etc) would be good

I'm not sure if this is the place to ask about it, but does the fishing area in the donator zone work? If so, can you add a little side note for that?

Great guide, just one minor thing is when you're 92 cooking, you're still burning sharks.

Great guide! might want to add that Anglerfish can actually heal you OVER Max hp! Which dark crabs cannot.
