          I understand and love how the little restrictions are placed in classic mode so that it remains grindy.

 

          Saying that, i also feel that because of this 12 hours restriction to use a vote book for a classic player, most of them just don't bother to vote.

 

          What i'm trying to ask or suggest today is a segregation between the vote books that you receive from voting personally (on one computer/account) and the ones you buy and this is for CLASSIC only.

 

          The idea is that the player should be able to use their vote books whenever they want but they're able to use ONLY those books which they receive by voting themselves. So, for example i can vote and collect books on weekdays and use them on weekends. (If not all the books at once, at least a fixed number or reduce the time limit to use these books so there's that small reward for the effort of voting!).

 

          The whole point of this suggestion is that these additional votes would definitely help the server and also provide enough incentive for the player to vote on a regular basis. 

 

           Players can still sell and buy the vote books but they'll have a 12 hr restriction to use.

No. Restrictions are set on purpose in order to make the gamemode difficult. That's the whole point of Classic.

As much as I hate having to use a votebook every 12 hours and not be able to spam them, this would take away from some of the grind of the gamemode. I don't think this would be a good idea in the longrun.

Trust me i do , the last thing i wanna complain is about xp, am addicted to grindy ones. Just trying to get dem addl. votes for the server, nothing else.

Maybe instead of 1 vote book every 12 hours, it's like 13ish a week, then you decide to pop all or 1 at a time, but when the weekly limited is spend you can't use more. 

I can't tell if this is a propper solution, or even possible, Or stabile for the server keep track on.

I say we keep it the way it is. Otherwise you can use all of the books during bonus experience and it would devalue the experience other people have gotten in skills.

The only way I see this working would be a weekly time restriction on vote books. If you can use one book every 12 hours, it would be 13/14 a week. So you could collect your books and use them all at once when you feel like skilling.

But I'm still happy the way it is atm, so I'm neutral

This makes no sense to me, you can only vote on a majority of the toplists every 12 hours anyhow...I do not support this for reasons already stated above, sorry.
