Change the slayer helm recolor fee to 1,000 points for ANY color

Change the slayer helm recolor fee to 1,000 points for any color, instead of 1,000 pointe for each color.

How would this benefit Alora?:

Before the slayer update, players used to be able to recolor slayer helms for free.  Currently, it costs 7,000 slayer points to obtain all slayer helms colors because each color must be unlocked separately for 1,000 slayer points.  This high costs deters players from using the recoloring agents such as dark claws, abyssal head, king black dragon heads, twisted horns, etc.  It also lowers the demand on black masks, since players have little incentive to purchase more than 1 mask.  By making this change, we would be making it easier for players to use the kalphite queen head and vorkath head drops they obtained while doing diaries.  Quality of life if you ask me!

Support. i cba wasting so many points on a cosmetic when theres much more important stuff to spend it on. Lowering to 1000 for all makes it a bit less of a hit.

These are just cosmetics and shouldn't require so much time to obtain.

Fully support this. Way too much of a swing from what it used to be.

This is partially accepted. We've decided to simply reduce the price of the recolours to 500 points each, instead of 1000.
