Fremmy boots 4/Vorkath

What is your suggestion?: Having the fremennik boots 4 note vorkath bones only if you have the boots in your inventory.

Is this in OSRS?: No, But I feel the boots could have a use considering they dont.

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: No

How would this benefit Alora?: Having a reason to have the boots period, they serve no purpose currently.

I’d rather see some benefits that are also in 07 and would be useful in Alora. Neutral anyways.

I like the idea of noted superior dragon bones from vorkath, but I prefer it as a diary perk rather than a perk accessible only when sea boots are in inventory.

IMO, it would also be nice to get noted hide drops as a perk.  This might not be on OSRS, but I think it is a convenience most of us would appreciate.

I agree with @Real Alan on this. Would be odd to get noted bones for having an item in your inventory. Would be nice to have this included in the dairy perks (or the toggle from DS2).

well they don't necessarily have to be in your inventory, just trying to brainstorm something to make them useful
