Hey guys. Since the new achievement diaries rework has me runnin all over the place planting seeds left and right, I tend to plant the wrong seeds at the wrong places sometimes, mainly tree type seeds. If you guys didn't know, the command ;;clearpatches removes all currently planted seeds across all patches. My suggestion would be to maybe change that command to work based off of Proximity? For example, if I'm at Catherby farming patches, and I planted the wrong seed, I can safely type ;;clearpatches, and the seeds in the patches where I am currently next to will be removed.

Support! I don't know anything about coding, but it seems like a difficult task to make the game recoginze the area you're in and to clear the patches closest too you. A workaround if that is the case is to just add a right-click clear option, or to just be able to use a spade on a patch to clear it out.

I don't see the point in this just makes achievements easier, Being able to clear close patches and instantly replanting for some achievements. Makes sense having to lose all if you make the mistake of planting wrong seed in patch.

Out of all diary tasks, there's maybe 10 where the task is simply to "plant" and not "check health", but I understand where you're coming from.

Yeah but it just ruins the integrity of diary achieves if you put in, only reason people would want now is because of achieves

I think this could be a decent QoL addition, nothing major.

Support. Didn't even know about this command.

Currently does it clear all patches in all of your alora patches?

Personally I don't think this is a great solution. I'd be open to implementing a solution that allows players to dig up farming patches with a spade during their growth cycles, however, similar to the changes in the latest OSRS updates, that would mean players would now receive the experience they previously received when planting a seed, only when they harvest the crop.

"Although Farming patches don't normally let you dig up healthy crops before they're fully grown, this is now permitted for herb patches.

As we would prefer players didn’t grind for XP by repeatedly planting and digging up cheap herb seeds, the XP that was previously given when a herb seed is planted will instead be given when the patch is harvested, alongside the usual harvesting XP."

Being able to dig out your seed with a spade, as what Omicron, would be a nice solution. I’d support that.

YES! For sure. I just wanted to get the ball rolling on any type of QoL addition regarding that. My suggestion was just a spitball to gauge everyone elses' opinions. :)

no support, i dont like the idea of making the achievements easier and also makes the ones where you only have to plant the seed to obtain the achievement way to easy...
