I just realized while doing some Konar slayer that the higher level of the taverly dungeon (Slayer only spot on OSRS) that you can not kill the black dragons or baby black dragons on task up there as they do not count as inside the taverly dungeon.

If that's the case, then it should be looked into further by Omicron and be sorted if there is an actual issue. Good find, Ugly African .

Killing blue and black dragons in the upper level of Taverley Dungeon should count for Konar’s tasks on Alora, just like in OSRS. No reason to not support this suggestion.
