I killed vorkath 35 times and only got 1 drop of 7 noted black dhide. The drop rate of noted dragonhide should be exponentially increased to at least match the drop rates of OSRS.

I think it's fine as it is right now. If you want black dragon hide you can kill KBD for easy and fast hides.

Tbh the only real change i would like to see is a guarantee of a random drop,  soo de motivation to get 2 bones and 2 hides only :)

Have you even seen the OSRS drop table? 
Vorkath constantly drops noted blue,red and black d hide.
