First things first, I would like to thank Omicron for providing the funds for this tournament and releasing this game mode. I've heard nothing but positive things be said about EIM and I'm hoping you all have been enjoying it as much as I have.

 

I'm back in town and very excited to release the registration topic for the EIM tournament. I'm also very excited to see the time and dedication you guys have put into your EIM after the very long 2 week grind starting from scratch. Best of luck to everyone and hope to see a ton of you participate! 

 

The tournament will start at 11AM EST on Sunday, April 29th. It will be hosted by Jare, F 8 and I (possibly other staff members will be available to assist if need be). We will have 3 separate areas where fights will take place just to speed things up a bit. The top 8 remaining will all be fighting in the same arena at ::tournament, once you type that command you will be teleported to a medium sized area where you can spectate these fights. The entire tournament will be livestreamed and be announced in-game and on discord when we go live, so if you can't make it in-game to watch then I will be livestreaming on my youtube channel for the entirety of the tournament. Any questions not answered in this topic, please PM me on forums/discord/in-game and I will gladly answer them for you. The last player standing will take the full $250 prize, although 2nd and 3rd places will receive alternative cash prizes as shown below:

Rules:

 

• The tournament will be 1v1 brackets. You must be registered before it begins. If you are NOT online when your fight is ready to begin you will be disqualified.
• You are limited to 5 Saradomin brews. Inventories will be checked before you fight, and you will be forced to stay within this limit. (Any other gear/food is allowed)
• You will be allowed to have a partner during the entire 2 weeks, but the tournament fights will strictly be 1v1's.
• Account sharing is prohibited and will cause an instant DQ and ban for you and your partner. (WE WILL BE CHECKING THIS BEFORE THE TOURNAMENT STARTS)
• All fights will be a SAFE death and you will NOT lose items.
• The final fight will be BO3 (Best of 3)
• A bracket will be made Sunday morning (Approximately 2 hours before the event starts)
