[Trade For GP]

Hey guys, So I am not the best when it comes to working on PCs and i'm sure someone here is. 

I've got old betsy sitting in the corner of my room, waiting to be revived but with no idea on how to step forward on this. If someone is willing to walk me, step by step via discord/forums/pms on what to look for/what to do. please hit me up.

   Last time I turned it on, it was slow as hell, could not even run a rsps, which didn't have any crazy graphics/player count ect.
also could not run any steam games that I owned. so went to a different PC and xbox... Gave up on it, as I got screwed with hard....
It used to be a good computer up until the computer guy decided to downgrade me when i asked for upgrade.. He did not charge but did not receive old items back, it was dumb... Had lights, duo fans and more but now got no lights, no double fan, "but a hdmi plugin + 2 usb ports " I was MAD.
    So it's been in the corner ever since, as i use a windows 10 desktop now. If I could get that going though, and make it run good games ect... it'd be amazing

Like, would this be an 'expensive setup?'

What would be the best route to go? money & gaming wise.
