The DS2 quest completion would be a must, but the 200m XP in Runecrafting is a bit too arch. It would most likely pass over everyone's head except a few players such as Detharrow since he already has 200m RC (Or I believe so).

10'000 RC Points sounds like a fair trade, but the server dev's would have to work on a brand new teleport.

I'd love to see if there could be some tweeks to make this work & maybe add other reward for RC Points.
