Hello everyone, have another suggestion 

 

Today I am suggesting that the runecrafting outfits back from RS2 and RS3. 

 

I'm sure you all remember them but for those who don't here are some pictures of what they look like. 

 

(Bare with me on the photos, best I could find, and I couldn't get them to show up just as a photo in my post)

I am suggesting that these sets are added into the runecrafting shop, I feel that the shop has kinda dead material minus the elder robes. For the sake of the suggestion price wise, say

• 2,500 Points for the Hats
• 3,500 for the tops
• 3,500 for the bottoms.

Sadly there are no boots or gloves that were in this set.

 

 

I feel that this could be a cool cosmetic update to the game and give it a feel of uniqueness. Me personally, I love these outfits and I feel that it wouldn't be hard to implement this into game with the such good developers we have here at Alora :)

After post edit: Very unlikely this is added but adding Talisman staffs to the shop for another cool way to spend points. Say 5,000 per Staff.

Personally loved those sets, very nostalgic from the good old RS2 days.

 

This would also be a good use for RC points.

I don't really see the harm in at least trying. If not adding robes into game, something else to make the rune crafting shop somewhat useful and rewarding.

I think it is a good idea adding something new to the Runecrafting store to spend your points on  but Drai has a point, Alora updates are consistent with Old School so maybe other item's could be added to the shop.

Make runecrafting great! As Drai said, They aren’t in Oldschool so I highly doubt they’d be added.

I believe it was already suggested to add "Great Orb Project" into the game with those robes as rewards. Regardless, I support this being added to the RC shop if the minigame won't be added.

We do typically like to stay in line with oldschool updates and content only, though we have made exceptions before. For example, the dice bag technically isn't from OSRS, but we have still added it to Alora (it was added after 2007).

 

Considering these robes are purely cosmetic, I could probably load them in. The only challenge is that they are designed for the bulkier character models from the HD era (2008+), so they might not look as good on oldschool characters.

I feel like the runecrafting store could easily be made so much better without the need of bringing in non-osrs items. There was one suggestion to have runes be purchasable with rc points, which would be fantastic for the rc store.

 

Although, with the robes only being cosmetic I wouldn't actually mind seeing this either. I'm always up for some more fashionscape items to collect and wear.

 

As Omicron said, because they were made for a bulkier character model, as long as the robes do not look super out of place and somewhat look good on osrs models, then I fully support. :)

This was suggested before and denied, glad to see Omicron on board here. Support but maybe in the future since it will just be cosmetic.

they r from pre eoc so they r gna look rly wonky on 07 models + they were only rly useful for pures as they were best in slot & elder robes outclass them now lol

true what drai said that they are not in osrs but alora is based in osrs, only reason i'd support this is cus it wouldn't really harm in anyway and its a cool cosmetic to have..
