[No Groupie]

Were thinking about a way to make inactive groups which have a player or 2, get a new team mate which are more active.

The inactive player could be totally deleted, since its a group mode... but for this to take place, the owner of the account kinda need to give permission to do so, this way i think that people that tryed the mode out, but dosent wanna play it anymore. still can change the gameplay for their group... so that they can get a new player in.. Theres probably not many that decide to get their account deleted. but if their kind towards their group, then ive think there is some people that would help them out this since..

To avoid people just switch for transfering stuff. this could be avoided by deleting everything which has been in bank since last login.
same when joining a new team.. 

this is just a quick idea, it could potential be worked on!!! Feel free to add other things that could help get rid of these inactive groups

Don't think is necessary and pretty sure something similar to this was already suggested and it was declined.

 

There's a reason why you need to choose the Group carefully before making any progress.

I know it has been suggested before and not sure if accepted or declined but I really support this super hard!

Being able to remove someone for ur team is something we need in GROUP IRONMAN!

-players that are inactive by IRL issues should be able to ask for removal in my opinion.

I've seen this suggestion a few times already, i feel like this would help improve the experience, but maybe do it just a 1 time thing or something. 
I have to say I'm kinda neutral when it comes to this.

I am neutral as well. As what Kaamea said, you need to choose your group wisely. This was suggested before and declined, so chances are it will stay that way.

I agree with @ Kaamea here, you really gotta talk with your team before you actually start in game and progress because otherwise things like what you mention will happen and then you’re screwed. I’m neutral because I can know unexpected things I’m real life can come up and cause a player in the group to not be able to get on in which this is a good solution but on the flip side see what I mentioned earlier.

yes i have a team with 4 others and we are all active as we chose good players

Suggestions regarding GIM teammate removals have been suggested many times already. On release, Omicron even posted that once a member is added to the group, it's permanent. This issue occurs often and is quite common because people like to rush and find members to be in their group even though the GIM game mode doesn't have a time restriction to choose partners.
