I've seen a lot of people asking about there group iron man accounts being able to leave because they're in a group that no longer has active people.

Despite the fact  they are still hard at work by them-self hoping one day they can find a good group and the rules are changed.

 I understand being able to come and go out of groups can be "abused" and I know it would be, BUT if there was a way to get a second chance, and only 1 chance... I don't see the harm in that.

Preventing no one to come and go not even once! 

Group Iron man is no easy account to make it does take a lot of time and grinding to make a nice account, the xp rates are low and we ALL know how the drop rates are lol.

It's hard to just start over, make a new account and jump into a new group. Then hope the people in this group are as dedicated as you are.

 

I Think being able to leave and rejoin a new group just once would be a great idea that gives you a second chance on your account, to take your time and get into a group you know is as dedicated as you.

This has been suggested a couple of times already.

 

The problem we're facing at the momemt is we need a way to prevent people from stealing from the group and then leaving. Also we need to find a way to not make someone farm stuff for the group and then simply just kicking him from the group. The solution is not easy but I can guarantee you that Omicron is trying his absolute best to come up with a solution.

As much as I’d like something of that sort to be implemented, I don’t really see this happening on Alora. It’s been suggested several times and has not gone through the accepted suggestions list. At this point, we need to be very cautious on who’s team you’re joining and who you let in your team.

For now, I’m hoping Omicron can come up with a system to allow GIMs to leave their groups without the potential of such a system be abused.

I don't think the Group Leader should be able to kick someone, think it should be there decision to leave. Prevents being screwed over and kicked off the team. 

 

An for players stealing, I think you should treat your items just like a normal account only give away your extra's and only lend item if your comfortable with that person, plus most people it'll be there 2nd team so there is no way for them to leave.

 

This whole concept is only having a second chance Nothing More NO 3rds,4ths.. 1 chance to get your account on a good new team.. A lot of GIM's jump into it thinking it sounds great but your whole team stops playing and you are by yourself.

This way prevents cheaters and give the GIM players that need that second chance one..

On top of that most of these GIM account if not all GIM account are donator accounts. It Sucks leaving account you put so much time and even money into.

I dont totally support this idea. I think a possible fix might be having the ability to switch 1 inactive player within a group after "x" amount of time... otherwise it might cause quite a few complications.

I'm saying to remove 1 player... not yourself from the group... once your in a group you should be locked in.
