I read the topic discussing ring of wealth imbued and it says that it will auto loot coins I'm assuming this means coins that are dropped by npcs etc but mine doesn't seem to do that I still have to manually run and collect them off the ground..

Try right clicking the ROW (i) and activating the feature.

 

For future reference if you have minor inquiries that are game related hit up the 'Alora' or 'ICE' CC, there's a ton of Staff/Helpful players who'll be more than willing to assist you.
