Simple suggestion here. Implement a Member Of The Month Discord rank for those who are eligible. I'm unsure of which color could be used for the rank, or where about said rank would be placed in the hierarchy of Discord roles (I will leave that for staff discretion)

 

The suggestion in itself provides more of an incentive towards MOTM and not only that but adds an extra reward on top of the current rewards we already have.
