What is your suggestion?: Restore Slayer/ Elite task and remove free skips.

Is this in OSRS?: No

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: No

How would this benefit Alora?: It would benefit Alora by seperating it from OSRS. People come to

this RSPS to escape the grind of OSRS. I personally won't be doing slayer unless there is a major change.

I feel the negative effects will be people just camping bosses instead of killing

bosses assigned to them by slayer which spread the crowd out.

Considering we share 1 world and cant

world hop to find open bosses I feel it will get cluttered. Im aware of instances

but at the same time it worked perfectly before. I see no need in

making it harder as it will be now  to boss vs keeping it how it was.

I've seen the initial reaction from the alora

community and the slayer update is frowned upon more than cheered from my view point.

I could be mistaken but I personally have no motivation to do slayer anymore and it was all I did for bossing before update. Hopefully

a middle ground can be found. I don't have all the answers but I can 

confidently say that this update was not it. Thanks for the effort but please

reconsider a different approach to slayer.

I believe Omicron is already in the works of adjusting slayer, so it's best to be patient.

 

Just do raids they're much better anyways.

11 im with you on raids. I haven't had the opportunity to get with a good raids group to teach me the ropes so i can raid regularly. I would love to but that goes for alot of people. If everyone stops doing slayer and just bossing. That's going to hurt the ironmen who are under geared and competing against better geared people to get drops. If they can't afford a instance because they can't sell anything it will result in a grindier game. If they are escaping osrs for that exact reason. It seems counter productive. Again just my opinion and ive been wrong way more than ive been right. Just a suggestion from my cluttered mind.

I think by far the majority of the server will agree with this post, I included if I had to grind 200m slayer after this update I would honestly not do it... I highly doubt anything will change sadly Its a reality players have to live with that when the owner wants to do something he will and nothing any of the players can do about it. Hopefully the voices of the players will echo to promote positive changes that players approve of and benefit from. I will not say more on the topic because I do not want to lose my veteran rank.. you have my full support on this suggestion

I believe that we should wait to see to see what hotfixes will be implemented in the near future before rushing to try and reverse the update.

I support the post. This update has taken slayer from one end of a pendulum to the total opposite. If this is where the server see slayer to benefit it fair enough. How ever this should be reached in several steps and not in one go.
