I've grown tired of living a life where I chase things that don't ever come nor occur. I also am tired of feeling emotions at all. I missed the old me, the one where I wasn't bounded by chains nor emotion. So, I've decided to go back to it. I know some people may see this and wonder if I'm okay, but I really am. I'm just going to be the free version of myself as I once was.

no emotion

no feeling

no nothing

I can't wait to go back to enjoying life the way it's meant to be.

Alone and with only the sounds and sights to fill my mind. Nothing else; never and forever.

Keep your head up, and sometimes your old self is the better version of yourself. Don't let someone mold you into someone, just stay afloat on your own path brother. <3

Very deep, but never stop chasing your dreams, that's the best part of life, especially when your dreams do finally come true after hard work and perseverance. Keep your head up and keep striving to be your best self and don't let anyone take who you are away from you. <3

Sometimes it's definitely important to focus on yourself, but, not allowing yourself to feel emotions and so on.. that isn't living free, that is living in fear of these things and you're making yourself prisoner to these things. Personally, you shouldn't not allow yourself these things just because of yourself and or people in your life making them not enjoyable feelings to you. It's all about the right mindset and the right people, you need to surround yourself with the correct people - if you continue to surround yourself with people that make you feel this way then they are more harm to you than good.. that or you're conflicted with these feelings and you'd rather reject than accept. This is understandable though, sometimes we have to take some time to reflect and think on these things.. it can take a few minutes to a few years to truly figure out what we really want and or think about some things.. but surrounding yourself with the right people and so on will definitely help you figure these things out. But I don't believe in not allowing yourself to feel these things, don't let fear or anxiety control your life or you will seriously regret it in the future. What I do agree with is being yourself, don't let others dictate how you live your life and don't revolve and adapt your life around others if it doesn't make you truly happy.

Keep your head up and smile more, as every person on the planet is.. you're one of a kind - smile more, forgive more and live your life the way you actually want to more.

I appreciate the words everyone, it truly means a lot to me and reminded me as to why I love this community so much. I've gone back to my old self again, but kept only the good qualities from the "new" me. I've actually been offered a job that's only 5 minutes from home, pays more, and they've also let me know they plan on making me a salaried manager and the head of the department within the first couple months. I've also been flourishing with everything else in my life and have made a ton of great improvements. Thank you everyone for everything and if any of you ever need help with anything or just someone to listen to you, my line is always open.
