Hello!
I’m looking to start playing again, since I’m so bored of the osrs grind currently! What’s the most viable money maker currently for a near maxed account with 0 gear?

What I would suggest is voting and selling the vote book for roughly 6m to give yourself a starting base. Head to barrows and see if you can get lucky with some gear then head over to Zulrah or start hitting some slayer up and opening caskets/selling ensouled heads for gp. 

There's plenty of routes you can take for gaining GP, however i'd suggest having fun and your bank value will slowly start rising :)
