What is your suggestion?:

Replace 'deposit looting bag' with 'deposit gem bag' feature at the gem mine.

Is this in OSRS?:

No

Has this suggestion been accepted already?:

No

How would this benefit Alora?:

It would replace a useless feature with one that's actually useful.

Recently, a suggestion to add red topaz, opal, and jade storage to the gem bag was accepted (courtesy of @kyle).

Once that's added to the game, this feature will be a big quality of life feature for everyone using the gem bag while mining here... because currently... it's an absolute pain.

You can't note gems at the deposit chest.  You can't deposit your entire inventory because that would deposit your gem bag, and you can't empty your gem bag directly into the deposit chest.

Features like this, while convenient, are too niche/obscure to be added as a QOL for most players. Generally unless the unique (Alora only) QOL can be experienced/known about by a lot of people, we stick to making OSRS related changes only, since that information is on the wiki/ accessible through many other sources. Something like this would be knowledge limited to a small handful of people in about a month from now, which is generally what we try to avoid.
