What is your suggestion?: My suggestion is to implement a Zalcano instance, which takes you to a solo session against Zalcano who has lower hp-s and takes a bit less time to kill. (Similar to what Nightmare has in Phosani).
Is this in OSRS?: No, there are Zalcano worlds so it is highly likely you will find someone to do the boss with.

How would this benefit Alora?: As we all know, our beloved skilling boss Zalcano is hella tedious to solo as of now. It takes up to 20 minutes in order to complete a single kill, which is by any means, inefficient.
In order for people to grind for the exclusive loot Zalcano has to offer, they most likely have to wait for a Server event, which attracts some people to it. For people that would love to grind out the collection log, it's very difficult to find people, as the droprate is underwhelming for most of the playerbase.
My suggestion is to implement a right click option on portal, which takes you to an instance to battle against Zalcano with reduced HP, but more damage. Also could modify drops like Jagex has done with Phosani, making the items rarer, so there would be an incentive for group content.
The suggestion seems very custom, but would make more sense as Alora has a smaller playerbase and this kind of content would be lovely to be available for everyone, not only to people with clans behind them
