well a good portion of those kills were skillers.. i recognize some of the names. It would be misleading, as if they were actually ranked by skill.

You misunderstood solution 3, maybe because I did not clarify. But brews would disappear in 1 minute, not appear at all for others.

My only concern would be that people could have teammates drop brews for them if the timer is set to 1 minute. It's a lose-lose situation between pre-dropping brews yourself and having teams drop them for their friend. I'd rather have someone have to do it themselves preemptively than spamming a disc channel 20 times "need brews @ lever help lol" & tanking a minute between potentially unlimited brew drops.

Possibly change it to where brews would dissapear in two minutes, but wouldn't appear to other players when dropped to prevent both of these situations?

As we all know, whenever PVP clans or pkers start having banter in yell, we are always told to take it to PMs. This feels redundant because if a clan is in a multi fight or something, obviously other clanmates will get involved with the banter, resulting in staff getting even more angry and sometimes chainmutes for a good portion of a clan. So I'd like to suggest a second yell channel where anything goes (besides things like RWT, etc etc obviously),so  clan flamewars, pvp arguments, maybe ironmen can flame eachother over who has the highest blue dragon killcount? Idk. This way with it being a seperate yell channel pvmers, staff, people sensitive over the internet etc can just disable the 2nd yell channel forever and never think of it again. Less pvpers get muted because staff can say "Take it to yell2 please" instead of "Take it to pms".

 

The 2nd Yell channel would be accessed by typing ::yell2 instead of the current ::yell command, and maybe to denote that someone's message is in yell 2 as opposed to regular yell, there could be a tiny wilderness skull in the chatbox besides their name where an ironman symbol typically would be or something.

 

I've been in clans most of my time playing pre eoc, 07, rsps, etc you name it. Clan arguments and pvp arguments will never stop, have a place for ppl to have these arguments that people not interested can just disable it and never see it, instead of muting pkers for something that will literally never leave pking.

 

Easy game.

My only concern is single pking when it comes to fall ins etc.
Let's say my team has someone full tb'd at Mage Bank ye? if I come out in max str & claws, I can dump two claw specs on whoever we have a fall in on, pull the lever, tele home & spec restore, do ;;mb & have two more specs to dump not 20 secs after. Plus you would have people doing it with dbow's, ags, etc. 

Plus it would open up the option for people to just fight you at chins or edge or w/e, dump their AGS jamal at the first chance and if they don't hit a 73-40 they can just tab and do it again and again and again. 

No support tbh

As a low defence account, I recently bought a prayer scroll to unlock Preserve as it's the only one of the raids prayers I can use with my defence level. There seems to be a 55 defence requirement box pop up whenever I activate it, I've tested it and it works even with the "You must have 55 defence to use Preserve" message showing, but I can already see this being an annoyance when turning on my quick prayers while PKing, as there isn't supposed to be any defence requirement on it, and recently Preserve has been updated on 07 to make boosted stats last 50% longer instead of 20%, as is on here. I feel that this could be beneficial for the small zerker and pure community on Alora.

Teleport Cooldowns (Wilderness)

I think there should be a cooldown with teleporting into the wilderness. There should be something like a 90 second restriction when teleporting anywhere in the wilderness. This is to prevent ragging (to an extent).

 

 

Attack Requirement (Wilderness)

It should be made so players in the wilderness need to have either at least three items or must be risking above X amount of money in order to attack other players. This could also prevent ragging to an certain extent.



Both of these ideas are terrible imo. 

Tele cooldowns is terrible because as a member of a clan, the ancient spellbook teleports already don't work. leaving the ::grave ::wests ::easts commands and the TP wizard as the only option to teleport into the wilderness. If a clanmate is working a kill at chins & the victim is trying to run down to spiders/zombies to get a box, but I've already glory teleported home to bank & spec restore after dumping specs, I'm fucked because I have to now wait 80~ seconds to help my team secure that kill. The only place I've seen this implemented in a half good way is spawn PK servers where you can instantly gear with one click using presets, and even then it's usually for 30 seconds only after dying, not glory TP'ing out. If the ancient spellbook teleports were added as an alternative without a cooldown I'd support it, as the law runes are already a loss of an inventory space which could be a brew or an extra sanfew, but with the current system it's a no from me.

 

The three items idea isn't a bad one, but the having a base value to attack ANY players is a bad idea. I forsee that this idea could only hurt the pure community. Sure some pures could bring an ACB, Kodai, Occult, Fury, Mages Book, Elder Robes & Claws, but a pure of the same combat could bring a water staff, runes. rcb, a team cape, chaps, DDS & four potions. One risks upwards of 190m, the other risks maybe 100k. Even though the pure clanning scene is dead ATM on Alora, this update would ensure that it never returns due to the fact in PKRI's most pures are going to bring that second setup rather than the first. 

Ragging is already a bannable offense, even in multi. If someone is being ragged it's a simple video & a message to a Mod or an Admin and it's taken care of. I can't remember the last time I've seen someone running around naked with a ZGS or a crystal bow since it became a bannable offense in multi anyways.

100% NO support. Would decrease the population of the wilderness, even by the slighest amount (haven't seen one person killing crystal drags or demons in a while).

PvP has never been Alora's strong suit, we need as much of a reason to bring players into wilderness, and with maybe 50% of the server being ironmen this would make this dead content for a HUGE amount of players. Maybe instead of like arcane, tormented brace, etc make it so ironmen get boosted food drops from it, so lets say 700 sharks, 250 anglers, etc.. or something. Maybe add noted potions, noted birds nests, noted uncut gems, maybe even a bond at the same drop rate as an arcane since that'd be useful to irons? Maybe someone else with more insight into being an iron could suggest better drops in the way I'm describing but my thoughts are that we need as many players in the wild as we can get.

 

 

This will never happen since iron men are the only ones who go in the wildy. Who will the max mate teams kill if we couldn't loot from the chest haha?

 
You have zero idea what you're talking about. I've very rarely seen WH at rogue's castle/ele area, and even though #MB is a new team on here I doub't they'd be dumb enough to bring max sets into multi. Maybe you'd have a point if Peeks was still playing because we went multi, but the only multi clan now is Liths, & if you can't tank 4 shit rag rangers from the chest to 51 ports, idk what to tell you besides "Pnecks + brews + use your F3 key".

Don’t have experience with ballista as I’m a pure & don’t like using light ballista.. but rcbow & ACB are underpowered IMO. I think I’ve got a dbolt spec less than 10 times in 30+ days playtime.
