I appreciate your criticisms and I will try to be more active across CCs.

I do not necessarily agree with a lot of the other criticism on my fellow staff members but this is your feedback so I will not comment further than that.

Not gonna lie, it's refreshing to see a staff feedback post that doesn't brown-nose every single member of the team....even if some of the ratings are wildly inaccurate and biased coming from a non-staff perspective. I agree that players like Mousey420 shouldn't need to hold down Alora cc, but as long as there's 1-2 staff members present I think it's fine (and that's how it usually is).

 

MT is a goddamn national treasure, how on Earth did you give him a 2?

_{A way to optimalize the ingame items and the upcoming Nightmare content} 

 

_{Current situation}

 

Crush,Slash and Stab are the three different combat styles we currently have in Alora. At this time there is no or not any noticeable difference in using these styles on different kind of monsters. In the original game certain monsters and bosses are weak or protected from these styles and this creates certain ways to kill them best.

 

For example: Cerberus has high stab and slash defence, but is weak to crush. This would make a Bludgeon or Hasta a great option for this boss. There are much more other examples for stab and slash.

 

 

What will change?

 

This change would make items which are not regularly used, useful and interesting again. Examples are: Bludgeon Hasta, Warhammers and more. This would bring more balance to the game, as tent is now used 99% of the time when using melee.

 

Connection to the Nightmare

 

The Nightmare drops inquisitor armour, which boosts crush accuracy. 

Not having a working crush function in PVM, would take much of the value of this armour. As this is a niche piece of content.

When suggesting something as a holiday present, suggest something for everyone, not something which will only be good for a few players, like uber+, but also for the rest, dont need to be the same thing tho.

How would this benefit Alora?: A lot of people have been asking for this for a few months now. We even have a huge suggestion thread to allow the players to pay for a rank transfer. But sadly we havn't heard any feed back. I don't think it would hurt Daddy Omi's pockets too much, that for Christmas this year, he allows Uber+ to transfer the rank even if it was transferred before. It would show appreciate to us higher ranks that helped Daddy Omi rake in the cash, that he still loves and cares about us high contributors.

I'm sure a lot of us enjoy the Oldschool Runescape concept about Deadman Mode. The whole idea of the Deadman Mode is to provide new worlds for people to where its pvp everywhere and everybody can attack eachother which would have three main problems on Alora.

 

1. Making a new world that only has the "Deadman mode" would split up Alora.

 

2. Allowing the particular gamemode to only attack each other would make a huge mess.

 

3. Staff would have a harder time, unfortunately I can't go more into detail.

 

This idea has been brought up several times now and so far no one has been able to come up with a solution that could benefit Alora. I'm sure this could be a lot of fun but I honestly don't see this concept ever being Implemented simply cause it would have more downs than ups.
