After returning six months ago, I decided to finish what I had originally started: in Part II, I had completed all collection logs of the old versions of the wilderness bosses... but there was a lot to do after the rework.  Of course like the dummy that I am, I had dropped all of my inventory and gear when I had quit, so I had a clean inventory and slate to work with. I would not have to endure one hour death-pile another hundreds of times, thank God. I would risk it all (other than my 3-4 protected items) for the following three goals:

1 - All Wildy collection logs

2 - All Wildy combat achievements

3 - Obtain Voidwaker

My quick and simple path to finishing these goals

1 - Kill Revenants ::redskulled with crystal bow for Rev weapons and ether - Obtained Craw's Bow and Viggora's Chainmace

2 - Die often to PKers, go kill Revenants for ether

3 - Complete log and CAs at Venenatis - Upgraded Craw's to Webweaver Bow, Obtained Voidwaker Piece 1/3

4 - Die often to PKers, go kill Revenants for ether

5 - Complete log and CAs at Callisto - Upgraded Viggora's Chainmace to Ursine Chainmace, Obtained Voidwaker Piece 2/3

6 - Die often to PKers, go kill Revenants for ether (I am sensing a pattern here...)

7 - Complete CAs at Chaos Elemental, Chaos Fanatic and Crazy Archaeologist - Dropped Webweaver Bow

8 - Die often to PKers, go kill Revenants for ether (Copying this over and over again is almost as frustrating as having to replenish ether)

9 - Go dry at Vet'ion for Voidwaker piece, back to revs for ether

10 - Complete log and CAs at Vet'ion - Obtained Full Voidwaker!!!

11 - Die often to PKers, go kill Revenants for ether (Someone make it stop)

12 - Complete miscellaneous logs like full Dagon'hai, Eternal Glory, Kruk Jr (wildy course laps) and Ecumenical Key

13 - Die often to PKers, go kill Revenants for ether (I am dead inside)

14 - Complete Revenants log, praise Omicron that I don't have to step foot in this fucking cave ever again - Dropped everything

15 - Get basic gear and supplies for KBD outside of wildy: Hasta, Fury, and lots of potions (went to Herbiboar for antifires/prayer/super restores)

16 - Complete KBD log

17 - Cry because it's over:

Tips from my time as a UIM in wildy

1 - Always try to do any PVM on task for ancient emblems and Larran's Keys. You can trade in the emblems for PKP, great for quick supplies when PK'd:

2 - Learn which of your targets are friendly, and which are not. Having Iron/HC/Fe/etc. in their username does NOT mean they won't be hunting you.

3 - Don't get greedy hoarding ether for your Rev weapons, since you lose it all to a PKer on death. It's just more time you have to spend in Rev caves.

4 - Don't get greedy hoarding cash from Revs, either. Very easy to store it in LMS, Miscellenia Coffer, or Servant's Moneybag in POH.

5 - Use untradeables to your advantage, like Crystal Bow, Salve Amulet (ei), Barrows Gloves, Slayer Helm (i), etc.. They're cheap to buy back from Lost Items Manager when PK'd. Just make sure you protect your Slayer Helm (i)!

6 - Be very careful what items you are protecting, and always make sure you have some prayer-restoring potions to avoid getting Smited. Here's a sample inventory and equipment I was using at one point:

7 - If you are trying to complete Revenants log, make sure you start killing Maledictus sooner rather than later. I procrastinated and suffered the consequences of leaving it last. From my experience, it spawns once every 27 minutes...this is an incredible 2 kills per hour. Here are all the Revs I slaughtered:

8 - Use Daily Rewards (Food, Prayer Potions) and Daily Task Shop (Super Combat Potions) to replenish supplies.

Hello Alorians,

First and foremost I want to thank everyone on the staff team for a great time and for welcoming me into the group with open arms. Thank you to everyone who I interacted with and who supported the streams! Due to the baby getting closer to being born, working more, and trying to have some social life while I can I have decided to step away from Alora and the staff team indefinitely. Definitely will miss everyone and the endless grinds but here is to my next chapter! Wishing everyone a Happy Holiday and happy grinding! I will be around forums and discord to say hi :)

Happy holidays! It's time for ICE to host another bingo event! 

Event Information

Duration of the event:

The event will begin on the 22nd of December 3PM ST and will conclude on the 7th of January 9PM ST (server time).

How does it work?

This time, the event will be completely solo! I trust most of you already understand how bingo works, but for those who have never participated in a bingo event here's a tl;dr: You gain points by completing a bingo task, filling a row or a column gives you extra points. The player with the most points wins! Shortly before the event starts, all other information about the bingo board and the point system will be available through a spreadsheet in the ICE Discord.

Rewards:

The player who ends the event in 1st place will receive a  Tumeken's Shadow!

The 2nd and 3rd places will receive hefty  cash prizes!

What is your suggestion?: Make some alterations to the Tombs of Amascut regular loot table to give more useful supplies.

For example: 

Mahogany logs -> Mahogany planks, Sapphires -> Uncut sapphires,

Emeralds -> Uncut emeralds, Rubies -> Uncut rubies,

Diamonds -> Uncut diamonds, Dragonstones -> Uncut dragonstones,

Gold bars -> Gold ore, Cactus spines -> Whiteberries or another useful herblore secondary, Raw manta ray -> Manta ray, Raw shark -> Shark,

Buff the GP roll to be more in line with what players would get from a slayer casket.

How would this benefit Alora?: The current regular loot from TOA is incredibly underwhelming and provides few benefits to players. Giving raw materials like uncut gems and more gold ore will provide players with more banked XP to use when skilling. Cooked food instead of raw food is a nice quality of life and a time saver as most players already have an abundance of raw food. Cactus spines have no use on Alora because tree patches don’t need protection to grow safely, so providing a useful herb secondary would be a nice boost to the loot table. Currently, whiteberries seem to be one of the harder resources to come by due to their growth mechanics so they would be a good option.

The concept this time around is one I haven't seen done before. Those who have done a Nuzlocke runthrough of a Pokémon game before, will find these rules sounding familiar.

How would this benefit Alora?:
I think this would be another great addition to the graceful sets to let players and skillers alike a little more customization, much like the custom black graceful Alora has to offer!


I was thinking of a couple of ways this set could be implemented into the game:

1. Standard like the others - Use a mark of grace on the piece to prompt which recolour you would like - Select the speedrunning option.
2. Add an item like the dark dye that players can purchase at a more expensive rate than the standard recolour options.
3. Add a limitation similarly to some of the comp capes / monkeys. This could be something like 75k/100k loyalty points per piece or  75/100 days played to unlock for example to allow players to show off their loyalty to Alora while not having the actual reward/item influence the game!

What is your suggestion?: Regarding the Boss Slayer interface, when it asks you to input the amount you'd like to kill I would love it if when you accidentally click off that input interface it gives you the maximum amount you can pick.

How would this benefit Alora?: Well, slayer skipping is a big part of the game and it's pretty easy to accidentally go past the interface when you finally get the task you're after. It just seems like a pretty reasonable change that doesn't hurt anyone and saves a lot of us from some frustrating moments.

Tldr: I am old and I have done too many 9 kill thermy trips, please help.

I am tired of the thralls looking like the same thing over and over again. This would add some fun to thralls, they don't look funny to me. They look like they can hurt me.
