Infernal Hatchet

Additional Information: The infernal hatchet is created by using a smouldering stone on a dragon hatchet. Chopping trees with the infernal hatchet will grant a 1/3 chance the logs will be burnt as they are chopped This will give 50% of the Firemaking experience that would usually be gained by using a tinderbox to burn the logs. Redwood logs can be burnt this way even without having the required Firemaking level to light them.
* Need level 61 in Woodcutting and level 85 in Firemaking to create.
Trees
Alora is home to a large variety of trees, each with its own Woodcutting level requirement to cut. To chop these trees, you will need one of the hatchets listed above and you will need to be in an area where the tree can be found.

Redwood Tree - Woodcutting Guild
The Woodcutting Guild
Players must have a Woodcutting level of 60 to enter the Woodcutting Guild. While inside the guild, players receive an invisible +7 boost to their Woodcutting. To travel to the Woodcutting Guild, simply speak to the Teleport Wizard in Edgeville, and have him teleport you.
The Woodcutting Guild contains 11 trees, 4 oak trees, 7 willow trees, 13 maple trees, 17 yew trees, 8 magic trees, 2 redwood treets, and banks.
The Wilderness Resource Area
The Wilderness Resource Area is a small enclosure located East of the Deserted Keep. An entrance fee of 10,000 coins is required to enter inside.
The Wilderness Resource Area contains yew trees and magic trees for Woodcutting, as well as an NPC, Piles, who will note items obtained within the area.
Players will be granted 1.5x experience for training skills above level 25 Wilderness. You must be in the Wilderness, above level 25, for two minutes for this to activate.

Skill of The Day

Well of Goodwill
The Well Of Goodwill is an object in the game that, when filled, grants a global experience boost of 30% to everyone but those on the Classic and Hardcore/Elite/Group Iron Man game mode, which get half - 15%.
Vote Book
Obtained through voting, redeeming this book grants you 50% experience boost for an hour, if you have Two-Factor Authentication activated on the specific account.
Wilderness Bonus Experience
Players will be granted 1.5x experience for training skills above level 25 Wilderness. You must be in the Wilderness, above level 25, for two minutes for this to activate.
Woodcutting Skill Pet / Beaver
The Beaver is a skilling pet that can be obtained while training Woodcutting. The chances of getting it are dependent on the player's Woodcutting level, and the time it takes to accumulate a resource.
Donator Benefits
Donators have a 1/4 chance of receiving an extra ore - noted.
