What is your suggestion?: Add completionist capes for other cc's

Is this in OSRS?: no

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: no

How would this benefit Alora?: As of now, only Ice cc has a completionist cape.  By adding capes for other open cc's such as paragon, aftermath, and abyss walkers, we can show our cc pride

We've just added many capes, and while we may be open to adding more in the future, at this moment it's not something we're looking to do. I'm not sure this needs to be mentioned but the Ice cape has nothing to do with the ICE clan.
