What is your suggestion?: The ability to sell back items at nugget's shop for 80% of their price.

Is this in OSRS?: Yes.

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: I don't think so.

How would this benefit Alora?: It's in OSRS, and helps with collection log grinding.

I personally would exclude coal and gem bags, as on alora you can buy them in the vote store. I dont think it's intended for people to buy some coal bags/gem bags with vote points to resell them for collection log slots.

Yeah, the coal bag/gem bags are not exclusive to MLM, so of course they can't be sold back, otherwise players could complete the prospector set without mining at all.
