As it stands if you donate any amount above $10 you gain access to the donor zone. And while you do gain benefits as you donate more my suggestion is to add a new zone for higher donators.
The idea would be fairly simple as there are tons of areas within runescape that can be made into a new zone. Also the new zone would include skulking that is closer to a bank stand or banker. I.E an area of ores and furnace with an anvil all in close proximity along with a banking stall close by. And this would go for other skills and such.
However mind you this would be available only to higher donators such as extreme and uber.
Unfortunately I'm not near a computer right now to draw up a layout plan but I would much like the communities input on this idea.

So I had an idea and I'd like to see how others feel about it involving the donation zone.

I think a potential donor-only world for these higher donors will be more fair.
Giving them a huge advantage to amass more wealth through higher priority ore locations or even gaining an unfair amount of EXP over the regular player will greatly increase the divide and inevitably lead to a decrease in popularity for a server that leans towards heavy favoritism.
If you can't be competitive as a regular player then it's a sign that the server is going in the opposite direction of growth.
Again, I would support a higher donor-only world or maybe higher donor-only instances of current skillable areas, but definitely within reason. I think higher donors already get more than enough perks to be happy with.
Maybe touching up the donor island a little will make everyone happy.

I agree with this touch ups on the donor island. There are a few QoL things I'd enjoy seeing implemented, like a banker that sits still. INB4 he moves to stop botting.

Bot prevention is important but to a certain degree. I think if it sacrifices important gameplay then there's no point prioritizing possible bots, just promote staff that will specifically be lurking in those areas to catch bots, frequently interacting with suspected botters. However, I don't believe this would be considered "important gameplay" I'm just lazy

Super support! I like the idea maybe add new zones with better skilling maybe a x1.33 xp rate extra for good donors
i bet it will get the gains up + bonds will rise again .
Bonds are like 50M each right now . That's 1USD per 5M for a private server, I think that's pretty wild. 1.33x exp for donors is a huge amount. From past experience, heavy donor favoritism crashes a server out hard to the point where you have tons of temporary 1-day players coming in and finding the imbalance in the community and moving on to a more fair server, because let's face it... There are many private servers out there that offer different things.
You want to keep Alora growing for as long as possible and to do that you have to offer a little incentive to donate which they already offer HUGE bonuses for donors, but you also have to cater to those that want to try to compete stat-wise, but have no IRL cash flow. I think a 5% bonus EXP for extreme + donors is the most you could push it and still have regular players feeling satisfied.
I know it's easy to think, "but if there's this incentive, then they will want to donate!" But, from the eyes of a regular player, if all the server offers is Pay2Win bonuses that are in the hundreds/thousands of USD to access... you're gonna either just buy OSRS GP from Sythe, or you're going to find another private server to spend your time on.
I love Alora, and I love the current player-base, I'd rather not be the only regular player found between Varrock and Falador for the rest of my days.

Could be a dz and ez like other servers.
Ez being extreme zone for higher level donators, get increase the donations / the price of bonds and keeps everyone happy :)
I think the simple exclusivity of things does keep people happy! They don't even necessarily need statistic/wealth affecting bonuses... Just create some interesting cosmetic items/emotes that donors of higher levels can use and it will be more than enough for them to be happy showing off their status!
