Turn off the damage required for points when there is a certain amount of people in the mini-game. When theres 10+ people and a lower level is trying to par take it makes it hard for them to get the damage.

Definitely not to turning off damage required. It would cause too many leechers.

Instead do a ratio based on players to portal health.

10 players = 200 ~ portal health x4

15 players = 350 ~

20 = 500

Numbers aren't exact and would require tweaking. This is just an estimate.

When I experienced that issue, my solution was to attack the portal briefly, then switch to a monster if the required damage was not yet met.

As a response to the suggestion - I would be more inclined to argue keeping Pest Control where it is in this regard. Reason being, obtaining void would imply possessing a combat skill adequate enough to both utilize the attire, and deal 50 damage per game. If acquired without combat aptitude, then it retains its value as vanity attire.

In short, if the goal is to obtain void for intention to use in combat, it shouldn't take long to acquire a combat skill apt enough to achieve the required damage for Pest Control points. I do however, support the time and effort you took to make a suggestion!

I would suggest using the magic shortbow spec or dds to get a nice double hit spec and that way you'll get it easily, especially when using it on monsters at the beginning.

Even as a low level with on 60 defence and 60 str you can still get at least 30 damage. I would suggest attacking monsters with few specs if there are too many people for you to get any damage on the portals.

I like this idea way better.
