It's difficult to get the task done because it's always busy and not really worth paying 3.5M for ~10 kills.

The boss does not have any valuable drops so, if possible, there's no reason not to make the Kq room an instance.

Could even do it for free tbh since as you said it has no real valuable drops. 100% Agree.

Don’t see why not, not very high gp/h. Perhaps making it an instance would be a good thing

You could argue that other bosses, like GWD bosses should be instanced seeing as it's annoying to have to kill 10 for a task, and you don't want to pay for an instance. If you don't like the task you should block it.
