Hey guys ! , following up from a previous poll i made last month just wondering if there are any plans to add mini games such as Fight Pits or Castle Wars to the game ? I made a poll last month asking players who would be interested in these minigames and the results are as followed 

 

90% In favor of introducing mini games such as Fight Pits , Castle Wars, Clan Wars , Soul Wars

Fight Pits = 33.33%

CastleWars = 33.33%

Clan Wars = 25.00%

Soul Wars = 8.33% 

 

 

I know the Battle Royal is always very popular with players because their really isn't anywhere else players go to have fun with clans , or even small friend teams with multi combat and no loss of weapons. 

I have seen in other servers a reward / points based system in Fight Pits for example this would also be used for Castle Wars to encourage players to go and use it and i think this would bring a new element to the server such as new Teams / clans forming , Group activities etc also there would be new server weekend event possibilities here. I for one found it very fun back in the day after skilling most of the time playing, to just chill out and relax playing a fun minigame and its something Pest Control really does not offer.

 

Interesting to hear your guys thoughts ?

Soul Wars won't be added due to it not being related to the Old School RuneScape era, plus I'm personally not a big fan of the mini-game. Would love for Castle Wars to be coded and implemented into Alora some time in the future, although it may not remain an active mini-game, it would be great to have as a weekend event hosted by uTorrent. A Team Lowkey verses a Team uTorrent in Castle Wars with the majority of the community would be extremely fun. Castle Wars brings a lot of nostalgia feels.

Personally I feel as if this project would be a lot of effort without much return in terms of content. There also wasn't a great deal of support on this thread which leads me to believe that as well.
