Has anyone actually got the percent of bonus exp you get from the Well of Goodwill / Voting?

 

I've asked various people and everyone has given me different answers. Also, is the bonus from the vote meant to stack on top of the Well bonus?

yep, they should all stack. although i think bonus exp (or maybe just vote exp) doesn't work if you're training prayer at an altar.

Ah okay that's what was confusing me, the prayer exp I was getting didn't change. Thanks
