In my opinion it's really hard to obtain them, Rune dragons are dead content i think they should be added to other monster drop table for example corp onstead onyx bolts or make them more common. It shouldn't be like that when 1 dragon bolts is over 150k in TP... meyby add them to slayer points shop as a package pf 100 for 750 points?
