I feel like this would be a waste of time in terms of development. The most optimal way of filling pouches anyways is actually having noted essence in your inventory and just using it on a bank to fill your inventory. I haven't tried doing runs with your proposed method of filling pouches but I feel as if the most efficient method would be the one that we currently have available to us now.
