What is your suggestion?: Adding a way for HCIM to transfer/give items to other accounts. Not sure the best way of implementing this, but I came up with a couple that made sense to me. 1. Items dropped by HCIM show up to other players the same as they do in OSRS. 2. Items dropped in a HCIMs house appear to everyone, allowing to easily drop trade items.

 

Is this in OSRS?: The 1. above is, I can drop items on any account type and they will show up for everyone.

 

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: No.

 

How would this benefit Alora?: Currently all other Irons can transfer items by killing themselves in the wild with their main, which is extremely useful to transfer off duplicate items to sell for bond/vote book money. This getting accepted would give HCIM a way to transfer items off their accounts to fund  bonds, just like all other Irons can.

This should not only apply to HCIM, but also the other Ironman modes. As far as I know is that UIMs is dealing with the issue also such as duplicates.

 

I'll give you my support on this suggestion as it could be annoying to all the HCIM players.

Support this, although as Aritus says it might just be easiest to give this function to all account types (dropped items from all acount types show on the ground for normal accounts).

Definitely give my support for this, It would be easiest to apply it to all the game modes and especially HCIM. If PK trading is allowed, you might as well just make it that much easier and give us drop trading, since it could be riskier when pk trading.

You used to be able to see item(s) dropped by ironman game modes, but people wanted that removed. Which is probably why the only way they transfer at the moment is via dying to an alt. I'd like that suggestion revoked, and this brought back.

I'm curious as to why it changed, if it was for a good reason it could remain the same, but something like #2 above could be done, where there's a certain place (like all POHs) where if something is dropped it pop-ups immediately for everyone, so it doesn't change dropping in the rest of the world. But like i said, I don't know what the best option to do is.

I think it was changed because ironman game modes did not want to see other people's items that they couldn't pick up anyway, I don't think there was another reason. But when it happened it made it so normal players could not see it either I believe.

That makes sense then, wouldn't want to start seeing other peoples drops on Ironman again lol. But still adding something/somewhere to be able to transfer items would be super nice.

Big Support. I am not at a stage where I am getting item duplicates yet, but being able to get items to an account to sell for a bond fund would be extremely useful.

If this manages to keep all the loot from other game modes still invisible to me but others can pick up the loot i drop 100% support!

I support this for sure. It isnt fair that other iron modes can xfer duplicates but HCIMs cannot. Support 100%

I support this, it can be annoying as others are mentioning about some players having dupes. And obviously, a HCIM isn't going to use the same technique as others as far as killing themselves with their main as they would lose their HC status. So this can be a great way to help out HCIM as far as being able to trade off dupes. But in a way, that it wont affect the whole economy, as far as they can trade to get rid of dupes. But not receive items? If that makes sense.
