Can reg iron man p2p trade or use trading post? I thought they couldn't. I saw an iron man talking about a sale he had last night and I thought I just might've been drunk..... but I know what I saw!?

Most Ironman have normal accounts that they use to buy/sell items to make money for bonds/vote books for their iron account. Ironman cannot trade (except their partners if gim/eim).

There's also people like me that transfer duplicate drops to their normies too. The way to transfer is by killing your ironman account in wildy while skulled and then picking up the drops.

You cannot trade on an Ironman but like @Mhk mentioned a lot of people have alts they use to buy/sell items.

Ironmen CAN NOT trade or use the trading post (exception of trading between group ironman)
