What is your suggestion?: Giving ironmen accounts access to a rune shop

Is this in OSRS?: Yes

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: Not that I noticed, if I read over it I apologize. (if it was suggested, read my idea first before taking it down please.)

How would this benefit Alora?: I know this seems ironic that I'm posting this just after getting a scythe but hear me out. On OSRS, ironman accounts are able to buy every type of rune in game from a store (aside from soul runes i believe). Buying runes actually tends to be pretty expensive for early and end game accounts, especially accounts with scythes/sanguenesti staves. Before you call this "ezscape" and brush over it, let me explain my idea. To balance this and not make it too easy, make the price of the runes in the shop 2-3x the price that they are on OSRS. This would make blood runes cost 1000-1500gp each, and would make the other runes quite expensive as well. This gives another use to cash for an ironman, since there are only a select few places it's needed like kingdom and construction. Another balancing addition along side the 2-3x OSRS prices is make this shop only accessible to accounts with 99 runecrafting. This would force people to at least take part in some grinding before they are able to use the shop. Considering this is possible on OSRS with 0 requirements aside from money, I dont see why it cant be possible on Alora.

It has come to my attention that there are 2 shops that sell runes to ironmen. Considering these shops have a limited amount of runes in stock (specifically the death and blood runes), my post still seems valid. Shops on OSRS have limited stock because there are over 100 worlds to hop to and buy out each store. Adding a shop that has an unlimited rune supply (or increase the stock in these stores drastically) with the 99 Runecrafting does not seem like a horrible idea to me. Leave any kind of feedback, negative or positive.

''What is your suggestion?: Giving ironmen accounts access to a rune shop''

This makes it sound as if you are unaware of the current rune shops in Alora. There is one in the mage tower in Yanille, and another in Priffdinas, near the gauntlet entrance.

I just found out about the shops. But, these shops have very limited runes and taking a very long time to restock

I honestly reckon there is enough rune shops - especially the pkp rune shop. If you are complaining about having to craft runes, simply de-iron and go buy them.

The rune shops are fair enough with their limited supplies, in my opinion. Neutral on either increasing the buy limit or very slightly increasing the restock rate.

Tbh i don’t see the point in increasing the stock of the rune shop’s on alora, mostly because 1 player would buy all the runes in stock. I’d personally love to see the restock rate made faster tho. Would make it nicer for UIM mode since it’s such a struggle to do skotizo on a uim and its more expensive to buy back the untradeables then it would if we could just buy the runes from a shop more often.

Buy runes, make runes, use skotizo to your advantage for daily pkp and you'll be fine.  I'm assuming you made this because you don't have many blood runs for the scythe you just got.  My best tip is to do your daily skotizo etc. and save up pkp.

I made a similar suggestion right after getting my scythe as well, however, blood runes have since been added to the pkp shop and now I'm always sitting at around 30k.

No support. I agree with everyone else here if you check the shops everyday and buy what you can you should be able to get a decent amount of runes from that. Skotzio also gives a decent amount of runes if you trade in your pkp for blood runes. I would support potentially increasing the resupply rate of the shops and people constantly check the shops.
