What is your suggestion?:Add instanced tithe farm

Is this in OSRS?:yes

Has this suggestion been accepted already?:yes but wasnt implemented 

How would this benefit Alora?: Updating tithe farm to what OSRS updated it to was accepted, and implemented. However, the part where it is now a instanced area was not added. My suggestion is to also add that part of the update.

It already is instanced, but there needs to be at least 2 people in the main area to start adding players into instances.
