What is your suggestion?: vote book timer.

Is this in OSRS?: No.

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: I don't know, if there is am sorry.

How would this benefit Alora?: So claiming a vote book, it has 300 sec timer, so okey if u collect for expl 2 vote book at the time, but when it come's collectiong like 10 of them or 20+ it takes time, so my suggestion is to reduce the timer on donor ranks, add as the a ;;perk and if players doesn't like the timer, they upgrade they status to higher = bonds go higher, big demand on customs.

I'll be honest, I'm finding it a bit difficult to understand everything here, but based on what I've gathered, I can't offer my support. I do appreciate the current functionality of the vote book timer for EIMs not sure about other game modes, so I'm undecided. While there's potential for improvement, I don't think this particular concept, especially since it's not in OSRS, will likely be implemented here. Still, it's a nice touch to even consider this idea.

This suggestion is not towards specifically Elite Ironmen at all. Whoever votes and receives an auth code and redeems will have to wait 5 minutes to redeem another auth code regardless of game mode. 

It becomes especially annoying if you've saved up several auth codes and you're trying to claim them all at once.
