Additional info; Bearing in mind the things that happened in the past, I know this application may be a contentious one but, I adore this clan, the people in it and i have to give big props to the leadership in the professional manner by wich they handled the issues.

Hello everyone, I understand you are busy so I'll try to keep it brief.   


I'm one of the community managers for the clan ICE. It's a clan for all game modes and prides itself on being non-toxic, helpful and like a family. Some of the owners and notable members who you can often find in the cc and discord include King Purple, Watch Hentai, Ust Pk, Marushin, Lowkey, Pkdealer, Crowley(Loo), Dutchie and many more.

For at least the past 3 weeks, every day for several hours at a time our clan chat is completely full at the maximum of 100 members which means our members can't join. It has been suggested to make an ICE2 cc but to be quite honest we won't do that because it is going to divide our community. We also have an ICE discord with nearly 300 members and the majority of the people in our cc aren't even in the discord.

Sometimes when we are full at 100 players that is 1/4 to 1/6 of all active players in-game, so we are definitely a large clan and we strive every day to keep it free from all toxicity. We've had to kick and ban many players from our clan and it has kept us growing strong and from having a bad reputation. Being full all the time leads to a bad experience for many members who want to join our cc but can't and is stunting our growth.

I'm asking if we can have the capacity of the 'ICE' clan chat increased to the same size as the server clans like 'alora' and 'help' which I believe is 200 members. That will allow us to grow even more and give our members a better experience overall. We have been able to keep the clan non-toxic and strong for over 6 weeks thus far, so we can handle having an even larger player base in our clan chat.
