To make the broadcast messages of clan members joining your instance toggleable

How would this benefit Alora?:

This would benefit clans when they host mass Nex, Corp,... events.

Currently, all members in the clan chat will receive these broadcast messages of people joining the instance. With this suggestion members who are not participating won't be bothered anymore.

Reason for applying to Paragon?: Recently we decided to close Aftermath due to having insufficient time to actively lead the clan further. Most of my friends have joined Paragon and I'd like to hang out with them + looking forward to getting to know new gamers.
