Twist bows

Ok... Well, i just have to post this, considering how insane it seems.. The fact that someone can come in max melee and hit higher than i can in good mage gear is nothing but sad, considering it litterly destroys the need of mage gear.

This needs a fix asap, specially when we are the #1 RSPS.

PS: While we're at it, void mage needs to be fixed, as it is very bad on mage in general

the magic defence on the boss is so low it doesnt matter what your accuracy is so magic gear doesnt change much bro its like this on rs too lol.

Damn man looks sick, seems like you put a lot of hours into this and setting it up so cleanly. You never seem to let us down @Twist bows, absolutely marvelous man! Once again, @Lowkey Happy Birthday brother!

Nice to see the server support team growing rapidly, and by no means are any of these server supports desperately picked, which is good to see because they can help keep the game cleaner, and give players a more enjoyable experience. Glad @Jare is sticking around, and I must say I'm very impressed on what he's done up until this point. Leave or stay, we respect your decision.

 

Aside from that congratulations on all the promotions, well deserved. With the recent resignations in the upper staff team, hopefully someone like @Ikta (if he regains passion to handle in-game duties) or @Twist bows / @Syntax can fill the void of global moderator in the near future. Great promotions all around, and sad to see @Saint Lucia (who did a great job with assisting @uTorrent with events, but getting burnt out happenes to the best of us) / @James go, but IRL comes first. Hopefully all is well for you guys, and maybe one day once everything is settled/passion for the game returns you guys can return, but until that happens, take care, and your time here is appreciated. 

Due to recent events, we've decided to add restrictions on player run lotteries and raffles. For an example, if there is any sort of buy in or fee in order to participate in an event, a member of staff must hold the prize pool for the duration of the event. 

 

 

Players may host and run any events as long as they follow our community guidelines.

 

Basic Requirements

 

• You may only host 1 topic during your set time of events.
• Each event must have clear rules/instructions/requirements for players to participate
• If players must pay to enter the event, you must ask a staff member to hold and overview the event.
• Rewards must be posted visually (picture/video) in order to confirm payouts if possible.
• Events must have a clear Start and finish date, in order for players to sign-up.

 

​Once again we apologize that we have to implement any rules, but due to the decisions of few we had to make some changes. We thank you in advance for hosting events and making Alora stronger day by day.

I think it'd be nice to see the community choose who gets to be interviewed (like nominations) and then let them ask 1-2 questions :3 Cause idk i feel like that'd be more fun to do!

 

 

It was a very nice read. I love newspapers that are lengthy and detailed. Allows me to keep up with Alora even if I might not be playing right now :)! 

This was really interesting to read and I think it was very nice that you interviewed regular member also + that artist of the week is pretty nice addition too!

 

Are these community awards going to be weekly or monthly thing ?
