Add the Elite black Knights from while guthix sleeps into some dungeons or infront bossrooms. With a 1/50 spawn for Elite black armor.

This is one of those things where I don't think it's worth implementing. I can't see anyone really using it besides for fashion scape, and think we could just add it to cosmetic boxes to save dev time.

Support. Well, as of you new player, would really be nice too use form, or staff can automaticly decline just because you don't use form, and it maybe be add, but not day, cuz its not really needed. :)
