I figured it out, HD graphics was causing the issue

Im having an issue where i move my client from one monitor to the other and it doesnt resize. I have a 4k monitor and then a 1080p and when i move from 4k to 1080p it doesnt resize no matter what setting i use on the client. Ive tried the runelight client and normal client

Andy, are you using multiple monitor displays? I've noticed mine does that if I dont load it on my main #1 display. Hope this helps.
