What is your suggestion?: My suggestion is to lower the pay-in for instanced rooms. Being a semi-new* Iron Man player. It's a huge disappointment and letdown to see even the Kalphite Queen cost 3.5m for a private room..., and that's with the Super Donator buff... That can be a huge deterrent to a new player... But for me, I'm too invested at this point, but it's still kind of irritating. I understand the price is probably targeted towards late game players. But that completely screws Newcomers such as myself. I'm still paying for runes, and that already is a huge money sink.. I barely have 3m. I know there are people out there with decent money stacks.. But a decrease in price of private rooms would be appealing. To new and old players, I'd think... 
... I'm not sure if there is a way to possibly balance the price out for mains and newcomers equally.

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: I don't believe so.

How would this benefit Alora?: Allows new players to Enjoy private instanced rooms if needed, and not be discouraged by donator benefits and lategame advantages.

The buying of instance tokens was made for this intent,   work together with community and it all works out.   i camped mole all day today for skins/claws  while it was a daily challenge. publicly. had no issues (:

You are an ironman; Buying runes is suppose to force you into runecrafting runes and doing pvm. We do not need more money staying into the game in my eyes. 

3m can be made easily within half hour. Perks of ironman. Grinding. But, you stay public work with others. You'll notice alot of alora will work together!

No support from me on lowering the instance costs, personally.

 

As an Ironman, I haven’t really had issues maintaining runes or GP once I started progressing through PvM. A lot of bosses provide runes, coin drops, caskets, and uniques along the way, so you can often sustain your supplies while also working toward upgrades. I personally use instance tokens as well and don’t mind supporting the server through donations when I can.

 

If you stay in an instance and actually grind it for the full duration, you can usually make a decent amount of that cost back through the drops anyway.

 

I think a lot of the struggle comes from jumping straight into bossing before doing some of the essential Ironman grinds. If you skip building up your supplies like runes, food, and GP via slayer and early PvM progression, you’re naturally going to feel that deficit later.

 

That said, Alora has a really helpful community, so newer players shouldn’t be afraid to ask questions or get advice. We’re all in this together and want to see new players progress. Respectfully I just don’t personally feel reducing the GP cost of instances is necessary. Good luck on your grinds and feel free to reach out for any help you may need!
