would like to add in Gnome NPC 

"Rometti , at the Fine Fashion store"

How would this benefit Alora?:

would be able to have a point of injection for these items into the game

Gnome robe top

Gnome robe bottoms

Gnome hat

Gnome boots

the colors would include the iconic Gnome colors

cream / turquoise / blue / green / pink

 

in OSRS these are the only items found in Rometti's fine fashion shop

but i think we could possibly add other fine fashions in there too Gnome Goggles , colored Gnome scarfs,

and include fremanik cloaks in all colors,

regular capes in all colors, boots and gloves,

or at the very least add all these items in with thesslia in varrock square.

I 100% support the addition of these cosmetics.  This is peak RuneScape imo.  I don't know if we need the shop but maybe an expanded shop elsewhere - loyalty perhaps?

These items are already in-game and can all be bought from Thessalia. Just use the talk-to option instead of trade, and you’ll get a pop-up with 3 different shops to choose from.

What the flippin smoked donkeys... I searched the drawers , ceilings, and pockets of every NPC including thesslia's house and still didnt notice this!
