What is your suggestion?:add a hardcore "world" with separate eco

Is this in OSRS?:yes

Has this suggestion been accepted already?:no

How would this benefit Alora?: add hardcore main and a fresh eco where only hardcore can trade. Hgcim hcuim hc all play here too. They can still choose to be on this because it makes all the hardcore types play on hcgim difficulty.

 

Exrtra details: don't need a brand new world because you've said you won't do it but you can add the phasing you had for leagues for these game modes if they choose the hc "world" phase.

 

While on this world/phase you can't interact besides talking to normal phase players so this would mean you can't give bonds/vote books/ rank tickets etc to this game mode from outside 

Also don't allow rank transfers to these accounts

I think it would definitely be pretty dope but unfortunately I doubt this would ever get implemented
