A timer that counts down(based on your donator status) as a clock that's displayed on screen as to when you're able to use the ;;yell ability again.

 

I love typing out a message 5 times, just for it to finally send on the 6th time after I previously tried to say something but there wasn't enough space because my name isn't short.

 

That was sarcasm.

 

Let me know what you think of this idea.
