Ok so apparently for you to be eligible for pkp after killing a player they must risk atleast 100k and you must have been in the wild for 3 minutes apparently. This really kills pking the only restrictions I feel should be can't kill anyone on same ip/MAC address and can't kill the same player in a certain time frame. And possible twice three times etc. in a row.

There is no 3 minute requirement for PKP as far as I know, I think you're referring to the 2 minute requirement for someone to be in the wilderness before they gain an EXP bonus. 

 

The 100K requirement is there for numerous reasons and will not be removed.

@ uTorrent the timer some staff member told me that don't remember which, but the risk factor is so restricting almost not fun killing skillers, would mind explaining why the 100k risk requirement is in place?

Well that's one of the reasons.. to make killing skillers less beneficial. It's fine to do it to get whatever they had (IE fish, logs, etc) or just for fun, but you shouldn't be rewarded for it in terms of PKP.

It also helps keep down on PkP Farming. Killing defenseless players shouldn't be rewarded with points.
